The first interview is always with a Faktion recruiter. This first interview is purely to get know each other. We will tell the Faktion story, and we love to hear yours of course! When we have established the mutual connection is there, we will continue to the second interview.
The second interview is a technical interview with members of our Data or Machine Learning team. We will go into detail on the job at hand, the projects at Faktion and our critical Faktionauts ;-) will test your knowledge extensively. If needed, we will also ask you to do a test.
When you past the second interview with flying colors, a Faktion recruiter will get back in touch with you to discuss the practical stuff like Salary, extralegal benefits etc. After this you will receive the Faktion offer letter.
This is the last interview with the CEO or CTO of Faktion or the client. In this meeting you will hear all about the vision and path for the company and the opportunity’s that will appear in the future.
In this last meeting we will discuss and sign your contract and welcome you to the awesome Faktion team!
